Dealer Development Manager

to strengthen and expand our network in

Central & South America . This is a key role with high visibility, built for someone who thrives on long-term growth, smart strategies and meaningful partnerships.

Who is HCJ HCJ (Hengelhoef Concrete Joints) is a Belgian company that reinvented industrial flooring joints with their patented cosine joint technology. Their solutions are used by global names like Volkswagen & IKEA – because they make the most critical part of the floor just as strong as the rest. HCJ is based in Genk (Belgium), with a close-knit team of 45 people and a current turnover of €14 million. Over the past two years, they have realized double-digit growth – and they are only getting started. In 2025, they joined Tremco CPG, a global leader in construction materials. This partnership gives HCJ the reach and resources to scale internationally, while keeping the speed and agility of a focused, entrepreneurial team.

Your impact You’ll take the lead on one of our most important growth regions :

Central & South America , currently accounting for 30% of our turnover. Your focus? Build on the strong foundation, deepen existing relationships, and explore new markets to expand our dealer network.

  • Support and grow current dealers with joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Build trust and visibility through regular contact and field visits
  • Spot improvement areas and coach dealers to reach their full potential
  • Identify white spots in the market and develop new dealer partnerships
  • Gather insights on competitors, customer needs, and regional dynamics
  • Work closely with HQ in Belgium and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Travel ~20%, with flexibility to work remotely from your home base

What you bring Minimum

5 years of experience

in dealer / channel development in B2B industrial solutions Proven ability to grow a region through a mix of

relationship-building and smart strategy Fluent in

Spanish, Portuguese and English Comfortable with

remote work

and cross-cultural collaboration A pragmatic, down-to-earth approach combined with commercial flair Excellent communication and coaching skills – you know how to make others shine Analytical mindset and hands-on attitude – you don’t just observe, you act Ability to grasp

technical product concepts

and translate them into value
