Job Summary : Qualifications
Experienced working in production / Application support projects and following best practices for ITIL process
Candidate should have a wide range of experience and expertise who can take ownership working closely with the client team to move forward.
Ability to follow established Standard Operating Procedures in Production and collaborate with any teams to resolve Production issues as needed
Experience in using Microsoft Excel for data comparisons & manipulation, MS Word for documentation
Commitment to clear and timely communication with all stakeholders - including Clients, Client Service Managers, Business Analysts, IT Operations, Dev / Engineering team
Ability to follow established Standard Operating Procedures in Production and collaborate with any teams to resolve Production issues as needed
Ability to document bottlenecks and other issues in current Production for Engineering team to review and potentially provide long-term solutions
Commitment to meeting tight Production turnaround SLAs, from receiving client data to completing processing and making output available in target systems and to target stakeholders
Should have a good understanding of different Business processes like Supply Chain , Finance , Order management , Receiving etc.
Experienced working in Service-Now Incident , Requests, Problem Management and Azure DevOps
Expertise in understanding and writing complex DB2 queries and should have understanding of database concepts
Should be able to understand in Cobol script code and also know Azure Dev Ops basics
Should have excellent communication and user interaction skills.
