Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Location : Latam (Remote)
About the Role
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and optimize campaigns that drive user engagement, monetization, and retention. You'll own the execution of push notifications, in-app messages, and email marketing using tools like MoEngage and Purchasely, while working closely with Product and Engineering to deliver highly personalized lifecycle journeys.
Success in this role over the first 3-6 months will mean :
- Launching and maintaining multiple lifecycle campaigns with accurate targeting and triggers
- Improving key engagement and retention metrics through A / B testing and segmentation
- Delivering consistent campaign performance reports with actionable insights
- Building strong cross-functional partnerships to execute promotions and paywall strategies
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives for user engagement and monetizationBuild, test, and deploy campaigns across push, in-app, and email channelsMaintain MoEngage campaigns, including testing, deployment, and tracking resultsWork with Engineering to set up attributes and triggered events for campaignsSupport user journey mapping and personalization by profileContribute to monetization strategies, promotions, and win-back campaignsOptimize performance via segmentation, surveys, and A / B testingProduce weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendationsCoordinate campaign assets, briefs, copy, templates, and segmentation listsStay current with new marketing technologies and capabilitiesRequirements
Based in Latin America with C1-C2 English fluencyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field1+ year in Lifecycle or Growth MarketingHands-on experience with mobile CRM platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap, or Braze)Strong copywriting, organizational, and project management skillsExperience working closely with Product and Engineering on lifecycle triggersAbility to interpret customer data for targeted campaignsDetail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
Experience with Purchasely or similar monetization toolsFamiliarity with paywall strategies and in-app monetization tacticsStrong analytical skills for campaign optimizationCompensation & Logistics
