The ideal candidate will possess strong Java development skills, hands-on experience with MySQL, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-time.
A background in the credit / banking industry and exceptional client communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & TroubleshootingProvide on-site and remote technical support for the financial systems, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of issues.Diagnose and resolve problems related to Java applications, Redis caching, MySQL databases, and associated middleware.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.System Maintenance & OptimizationMonitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and optimize configurations for Redis, MySQL, and Java applications.Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and hotfixes in production environments.Client Communication & Requirements HandlingAct as the primary technical liaison between clients and the Chinese teams, transmitting business needs to technical solution arthitect in China.Respond promptly to client operational requests, prioritize tasks, and manage expectations effectively.Documentation & Knowledge SharingCreate detailed technical documentation, including incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.Train clients on system functionalities and operational workflows.Compliance & CollaborationEnsure solutions adhere to local credit industry regulations (e.g., data security, audit requirements).
Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to improve system reliability and user experience.RequirementsTechnical SkillsProficiency in Java development and debugging (Spring Boot, J2EE, or similar frameworks).
Strong experience with MySQL (query optimization, replication, backup / recovery).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Linux / Unix environments, and scripting (Shell / Python).
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.Knowledge of Redis (cluster management, performance tuning) is a plus.Industry Experience5+ years of experience in technical support or development roles, preferably within the credit, banking, or fintech sectors .
Understanding of credit business processes (e.g., loan management, risk assessment, payment systems).
