Logistics Strategy Manager

Job Description : This position is responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing inbound and outbound operations, coordinating transportation and customs clearance, and allocating stock to orders.Key Responsibilities : Coordinate transportation and customs clearance of goods from country of origin to warehouse facilities.Manage inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.Allocate stock to orders for wholesale distribution based on priorities and delivery windows.Forecast sales and communicate with sales teams regarding potential delivery delays.Establish and monitor SLAs, ensuring compliance with established performance metrics.Provide world-class customer service, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing logistics operations.Requirements : Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Proven experience in operations and logistics, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Leadership experience, inspiring and motivating a team towards common goals.Understanding of import / export regulations and customs procedures.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
