Descrição da vagaYou are fluent in English, both spoken and written. You bring proven solid experience in operations and logistics, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. You can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You have leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. You understand import / export regulations and customs procedures well. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Key responsabilities :
- Coordinate the transportation and customs clearance of goods from the country of origin to our warehouse facilities.
- Manage inbound and outbound operations of our 3PL, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Allocate stock to orders for wholesale distribution based on priorities and delivery windows.
- Forecast sales and communicate with sales teams regarding any potential delivery delays.
- Establish and Monitor SLAs and ensure compliance with established performance metrics.
- Provide world-class customer service to our clients, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing logistics operations.
