Product Owner III - Digitalization

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner III - focus : Digitalization to join our team in São Paulo (hybrid model). If you're excited about leading Agile projects, managing backlogs, and aligning business goals with technology delivery, this is the place for you!

What will you do?

Define product scope and elaborate detailed requirements.

Write user stories and estimate the resources needed by the development team.

Coordinate and manage sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming.

Work closely with developers to clarify doubts and prioritize demands.

Monitor homologations and pilot phases.

Prepare and follow up on project schedules, status reports, and control routines.

Ensure on-time deliveries and project milestones.

Identify risks, escalate when necessary, and propose mitigation plans.

What are we looking for?

Must Have :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.

Languages : Portuguese and Spanish (fluency required).

Methodologies : Solid experience with Agile frameworks.

Certifications : CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) .

Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Knowledge of Treasury / GTB products (e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives, Trade Finance, Local Loans).

Knowledge of Global / Capital Markets.

Nice to Have :

Intermediate or higher level of English .

Familiarity with Jira Software .

Ability to evaluate new products considering legal, tax, operational, and financial aspects.

Experience designing process workflows and end-to-end product journeys.
