About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Global Quality Manager to lead and enhance our quality management systems across international operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the automotive industry , especially with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and hands-on expertise in driving continuous improvement and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the global quality management system in compliance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Ensure consistent quality performance across global sites and alignment with customer expectations.
- Oversee customer quality relations with OEMs, ensuring quick resolution of issues and proactive improvement.
- Promote continuous improvement through tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D , and Six Sigma .
- Define and monitor key quality KPIs and develop action plans to enhance performance.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed quality in every stage of the process.
- Mentor and develop a global quality team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field ( Master’s degree preferred ).Proven experience in the automotive industry —preferably with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.Deep understanding of automotive quality systems and methodologies (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.).Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Willingness to travel internationally when required.Why Join Us
