Research engineer

1. Responsible for product definition research for the company's various pickup truck projects in the Americas, including but not limited to user profile analysis, performance target definition, and product competitiveness analysis.2. Participate in performance platform planning for pickup truck models, including collecting and organizing information, and provide development recommendations tailored to the Americas market.3. Focus on testing and acceptance of pickup truck models, ensuring they meet local standards and requirements.4. Support local pickup truck launches and assist with pre-launch preparations and implementation coordination.5. Follow up on post-launch issues for pickup truck models, promote resolution of various vehicle issues, and develop improvement proposals.6. Monitor developments of competing pickup trucks, conduct research on these models, and produce analysis reports.
