Business Analyst, SAP FI.

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in Brazil.Position SummaryThe role of the Senior Business Analyst, SAP with FI skills is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of our global customer support team.

The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and supporting multiple SAP modules for our global clients who use both 4.x and ECC environments.

The role requires the expertise and skills to diagnose serious issues; then work Scrum and Kanban teams to develop, test, package and deliver fixes for such issues in complex, integrated and highly configured environments.ResponsibilitiesSolve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications functionality and technologyWork closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experienceAbility to configure, present and discuss best practices and functionalities of the SAP FI SkillsKnowledge of Brazil localization tax and regulatory requirements, such as SPED fiscal, SPED contrail, SPED contribuições, SPED ReinfKnowledge of financial banking processes, such as bank electronic interface and PIXKnowledge on new Brazil tax reform topics, such as IBS, CBS and be up to date with upcoming demands, like Split paymentsBe able to interpret legal requirements and convert them to system / business solutionsDevelop or work with a developer to deliver application break fixes for critical product defectsProvide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivityCollaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situationsContribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experienceAdditional Duties and ResponsibilitiesOther job-related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time based on progression and nature of opportunitiesQualificationsSuperb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solvingPassionate focus on customer support and the ability to build long term, successful working relationships with clientsStrong knowledge of key application functionality, tables and relationshipsExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & writtenAttention to detail and the ability to learn quicklyExtreme focus on client satisfactionDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situationsThe ability to work remotely from a home-based office in a virtual environmentThe best candidates will have extensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules across releases (4.x, ECC, S / 4)Experience with localizations and global implementations would be an advantageFluent English is preferredExperience10+ years relevant SAP experience particularly with SAP FI SkillsA track record of successful roles in SAP implementations, roll-outs or application supportRelevant working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processesAnalytical, logical problem resolution skillsDemonstrable history solving complex problems across multiple modulesEducationBachelor's degree in computer science, Accounting or financial background, or equivalent experienceLocationRemote, BrazilLanguageFluent Portuguese and English.
