We're building a collaborative community of passionate mental health professionals, including International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaches, Clinical Psychologists, and Counsellors, who share a commitment to expanding access to mental health support worldwide.What You'll DoProvide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clientsFocus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc.Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goalsCollaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.Qualifications : Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master's / Postgraduate Diploma in CounselingExpertise : Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)Experience : ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hoursLanguages : Fluency in English and the local languagePreferred Background : Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial rolesIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a mission-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.
