Main Activities : Hold regular meetings with respective business units and management, providing guidance on HR issues.Analyze trends and metrics related to employee turnover to develop solutions, programs, and policies to increase retention.Stay updated on legal requirements related to employee management, focusing on reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies.Resolve complex employee-related issues.Assist international employees with expatriation and HR matters.What are we looking for : Previous experience in similar HR roles.Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.Strong communication skills.Experience in the IT industry or regional HR responsibilities (desirable).
