This role is for a Senior / Lead iOS Engineer who will build high-quality, user-friendly iOS applications used by millions of people.

What you will do

Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications with a focus on high performance, scalability, and usability.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineers to deliver new features and enhancements.

Work on job seeker experiences (job search, listings, applications) or employer-facing products (company profiles, branding tools).

Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks.

Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and adoption of best practices.

Ensure a high level of code quality through unit testing and adherence to development standards.

Partner with UX / UI teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

MUST HAVES

5+ years of professional experience building iOS applications, ideally within LATAM markets.

Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine.

Proficient in applying MVVM architecture and software design patterns.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Experience in unit testing and ensuring high code quality standards.

Strong eye for UI / UX design and ability to collaborate with design teams.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

Experience with large-scale consumer-facing apps.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Prior experience in job platforms, marketplaces, or HRTech solutions.
