Lead Risk and Audit Professional

Risk management professionals play a vital role in ensuring the stability of organizations by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. At our organization, we are seeking an experienced risk management professional to join our Business Risk Management team.

The Business Risk Management team provides assurance and recommendations to the Executive Board on organizational risk management practices. This includes facilitating the development of governance standards, providing guidance on internal control improvements, conducting audits worldwide, and quarterly reporting based on risk assessments.

As a risk management professional in this role, you will participate in risk assessments and audit planning, preparing and executing audits by evaluating and analyzing controls, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions by management. You will also act as a resource for colleagues with less expertise.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in risk management methodologies and tools, as well as experience with integrated audits, data-driven analysis, and business process risk analysis. You should also possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
