Financial Solutions Specialist - We provide end-to-end project services for clients globally.

As an accounting specialist, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions to Back Office (BO) / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements.

Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive approach to defining, setting up, or troubleshooting issues arising from day-to-day activities on greenfield Calypso instance Establish necessary solutions to BO / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements Create and deliver assigned projects / tasks and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Manage and establish methodology and best practice for BO / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements Ensure supporting documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s) Submit status reports to stakeholders; coordinate and provide updates to steering committees Work closely with functional or business stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes / deliverables in relation to the strategic and transformational book of work Manage deliverables ensuring transparency of risks, issues and dependencies that are fully aligned to functional / business owners You may also act as a business analyst to help the team gather and write requirements and acceptance criteria.

Requirements 2+ years of experience working in Capital Markets and on Calypso Strong knowledge of accounting principles Deep Knowledge of Financial products cross assets Proven track record of delivery of accounting and finance related solutions within Calypso Experience of adherence to governance frameworks / implementation and handover to BAU Comprehensive knowledge of trade flow, trading systems and related concepts and technology, including valuation and client / market risk management Excellent analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and ability to act in an entrepreneurial manner to ensure the requirements from the business are gathered in the appropriate manner Proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills Comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with working in a highly collaborative and dynamic multi-team environment Spanish speak / write (MUST) What We Offer This role provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
