Intercompany Senior Analyst
Location and Flexibility
This is a hybrid role.
This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times / week or 8 days / month) or Porto Alegre (3 times / week or 12 days / month).

The Opportunity
The Intercompany Analyst plays a key role in managing and reconciling intercompany transactions across multiple entities within the organization.
This position ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of intercompany accounting activities, adhering to IFRS / US GAAP standards and internal controls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with finance teams across different geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and reconcile intercompany transactions, including sales, cost allocations, royalties, management fees, and other cross-entity charges.
Maintain accurate intercompany accounts and ensure all balances are reconciled on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with accounting teams across global entities and business units to ensure proper documentation, matching of transactions, and timely settlement of balances.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations related to intercompany activities.
Ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP accounting standards and internal company policies for intercompany transactions.
Partner with Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A teams to support transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, and cash settlement processes.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of intercompany accounting operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in intercompany or general ledger accounting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and / or US GAAP accounting principles.
Experience in a multinational corporate environment preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, and NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
