Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a remote Technical Recruiter based in Latin America with 2 to 5 years of experience and excellent English skills, who has a keen eye for detail and a knack for finding ways to get it done.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Talent Pipeline and candidate engagement.
• Conduct 1 : 1 interviews with qualified candidates.
• Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Screen all the candidates and evaluate their fit for the opening.
• Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
• Proactively conduct the full life cycle of identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidates.
• Collaborate with internal Resource Managers to ensure Velozient meets and exceeds client hiring goals, budgets, and performance standards.
• Assure accurate / timely issuance of offer letters and clean / effective transition of candidates to the onboarding team.
