We are on the lookout for the next awesome sales-infused person to join our HKR team as an Outreach Specialist, working for one of our US-based partners.
The company is TeePublic, an online marketplace for independent artists to showcase and sell their custom designs on a wide variety of products, including t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, stickers, phone cases, and more.
It connects creators with customers looking for unique, high-quality, and artist-driven merchandise.
Remote is allowed, encouraged, and the norm.

Responsibilities
Reach out and engage world-wide content creators to establish partnerships and promote our client's merchandising program.
Proactively identify 200–300 new potential clients each week via various social platforms and outreach channels.
Overcome objections, pitch the program effectively, and meet monthly goals for new creator sign-ups.
Manage the merchandise launch process for content creators, supporting them during the first 30 days post-launch.
Set clear expectations with creators regarding promotional activities and follow up to ensure successful execution.
Work with the Merchandising team to stay updated on trends, plan outreach strategies, and pitch both predefined and custom tactics using data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with the affiliate outreach team and Account Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs.
Send monthly site-wide sale notifications and coordinate the collection of marketing assets from accounts.
Track outreach activities and maintain CRM records (Salesforce), including reassignment of leads that don't meet key thresholds.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews with accounts, gather feedback, and identify what works.
Experiment with new tactics, analyze results, and recommend improvements to maximize promo impact.
About You
You're driven by data and performance metrics, always looking for ways to optimize and improve results.
You've got experience in account management, sales, or affiliate marketing - preferred, but not mandatory.
Your English communication skills are exceptional (C1 level), both written and spoken.
You're confident and comfortable with making calls to prospects and partners, and you can easily adapt to different communication styles.
You're proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and Google Spreadsheets, or you're quick and willing to learn them.
You're passionate about learning and growth, always eager to bring your creativity to enhance processes and strategies.
