ResponsibilitiesPerformance Reporting : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, sales cycle length, conversion rates).

Strategic Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc strategic analysis to support strategic decisions or tactical actions.Sales Forecasting : Work closely with the CE Management team to develop accurate and data-driven sales forecasts.Data Governance & Quality : Ensure the integrity and accuracy of GTM data across various systems (e.g., ERP / Sales Portal).

Tooling & Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to analytical processes and tools to increase efficiency.

What we are looking for3-5 years of experience in GTM analytics, sales ops, or revenue operations for a B2B SaaS company, or top-tier consulting company.1-2 years of experience in tech companies.Extremely strong spreadsheet skills.Proficiency in SQL and Python.Experience with Databricks and Tableau.Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.Advanced level of English.
