Develop the administrative tasks of the JV :
Roll out the new communication and reporting system to Partners including managing the regular required incoming and
Outgoing information flow to Partners following each JV JOA procedures (HSE monthly reports, Royalty monthly emails, monthly expense reports, ANP & IBAMA documents / penalties);
Perform ballot process (including deadline and approval tracking, internal communication for technical responses);
Organize the logistics of the JV meetings, draft the minutes of the meetings, circulate them to the participants;
Set-up actions tracker by topic and follow up with individual departments within Company’;
Organize the paper and electronic archiving of the JV documents and ensure contractual obligations of the JOA are met on time;
Set-up AFE tracker base and follow up with individual departments;
Ensure the follow up of SOX Controls, CMS and JV audits;
Perform files upload / download in sharepoint for classified documents;
Evaluate specific software for JV management;
Support JV Manager in general matters and allow for replacement of other team members during vacation period.
Requirements :
Graduate in Engineering, Legal, Business & Administration or another technical degree : the job holder must have a sound technical and business in energy transverse environment
