Engineer, Production

Responsibilities : Optimize production processes by continuously monitoring failures, collecting and analyzing data to implement operational improvements.Manage and monitor the main production KPIs, ensuring alignment with the area's strategic goals.Lead and participate in short-term initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and operating conditions, with a focus on increasing productivity.Lead and execute short- and medium-term projects.Coordinate and support the updating of technical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.Represent the production team on continuous improvement committees in the areas of safety, the environment, processes and quality.Promote the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies with the operational team.Paticipate in investigations related to customer complaints, identifying causes of performance failures and proposing effective solutions.Analyze production batches based on quality, safety and productivity indicators, identifying opportunities and proposing actions to ensure continuous improvement.Requirements : Degree in chemical engineeringAdvanced EnglishExperience in chemical industry
