About UsWe are a leading technology firm specializing in agile development of innovative products that address real-world interests.About the RoleWe seek an experienced Android Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications with a focus on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging Kotlin Multiplatform for shared business logic and Jetpack Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform projects, contributing to both Android and iOS codebases as needed.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Work closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative features.Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of experience in Android development with expertise in Kotlin.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
