Their teams help organizations secure, optimize, and modernize their Microsoft ecosystems — improving collaboration, compliance, and operational efficiency across M365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
You’ll be part of a specialist Microsoft 365 Center of Excellence, working alongside senior engineers and consultants who design, implement, and manage advanced enterprise environments.

The Role
As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of operational, architectural, administrative, and consultative responsibilities across enterprise M365 environments.
This is a hands-on engineering and advisory position — blending technical depth with strategic consulting. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to keep their Microsoft 365 ecosystems secure, compliant, cost-efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.
You’ll work on :
- Leading monthly environment reviews and recommending strategic improvements
- (Secure Score, license optimization, usage insights, product roadmap updates)
- Designing and maintaining Microsoft 365 architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Configuring and deploying M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, etc.)
- Monitoring service health, telemetry, and usage to proactively resolve issues
- Performing incident, request, and change management activities
- Contributing to documentation including configuration designs and operational procedures
- Collaborating in change control, adoption, and stabilization meetings
- Coordinating with Microsoft Support when escalations are required
This is not a traditional support role — you’ll engage directly with customers, provide insights on modernization, and shape the future of their Microsoft 365 environments.
