Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain website using WebflowBuild custom components and integrationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and functional websitesEnsure that websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and search engine optimizationTest and debug websites across multiple devices and browsersTroubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients and team membersConduct code review and provide feedbackKeep updated with the latest Webflow updates and featuresRequirementsProficient in WebflowExperience with HTML, CSS, and JavascriptStrong visual / web design skillset (preferably more front-end oriented)Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsKnack for benchmarking and optimizationWhat's in it for you?
