Customer Enablement Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and training for AspenTech SSE's Modeling product suites at a major customer site.

This role is based in Rio de Janeiro.You must have a solid practical technical background using or supporting modeling programs, preferably on SKUA-GOCAD, RMS, or similar platforms for Exploration, Development, and Production activities in various geological settings.You should be able to communicate your passion for great technology and interact efficiently with the Modeling Technical Operations Team based in South America.Your ImpactProvide loyalty-inspiring customer service that drives user engagement and sustains product usage.Troubleshoot & resolve complex technical and / or engineering related problems reported by customers using AspenTech' s proprietary softwareResponsible for the escalation of customer issues and driving the resolution cross-functionally within AspenTechDeliver high-quality training classes or workshops, based on the relevant principles of geosciences and upstream workflows, to AspenTech customers.Develop strong relationships with customers, building an understanding of their business needs and challenges.Analyze customer environment and user base to understand how to drive additional engagement and expand footprint within domain.Maintain up to date the heatmap of accounts.Proactive collaboration with other AspenTech functions to maintain and develop opportunitiesProvide feedback to our R&D and Product Management groups to contribute to our ongoing development and evolution of the industry's best geoscience solution.Complete & submit Consultant Activity Reports, after each project on a timely basisWhat You'll NeedBachelor's Degree in Geoscience-related disciplines such as Geology or GeophysicsExperience working at an international or national company in the energy sector using modeling applications (preferably SKUA-GOCAD and RMS) with involvement in customers' projects and activities from exploration to production, in particular : Knowledge in Brazilian geology, structural and sedimentology areas, and projects will be considered.Experience in solving technical challenges related to various geological settings : onshore / offshore, carbonates / clastic, salt, basin / reservoir scales.Knowledge of Python and modeling techniques to develop macros.
