What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and develop a team focused on managing encounter workflow and inventory submissions

Implement new DSNP states for encounter submissions, including policies and key performance indicators

Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization

Analyze data to ensure compliance with encounter submissions and enhance acceptance rates

What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of technical experience in CAS,

• , encounter submissions, or data analysis

3+ years of experience in leading teams in an operational setting

Proven ability to create and present analytics presentations

Knowledge of process improvement and metric development

Excellent oral and written communication skills with executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Advanced degree or MBA

Proficiency in advanced analytics, Python, and statistical software

Experience in an SQL environment with knowledge of SSMS

Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, Databricks, and Power Platform
