Client Success Manager – SaaS (Remote, Brazil) Must Be Fluent In English.
Musicwindow is seeking a Client Success Manager to build strong relationships with our clients in university music departments, marching bands, and performing arts organizations. This role emphasizes proactive client support, helping our users achieve meaningful outcomes with our SaaS platform.
About the Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to define success, identify challenges, and develop actionable plans to meet their recruiting goals. This is a proactive role focused on client engagement and outcome delivery, rather than reactive customer support.
Responsibilities
Understand client goals and challenges; create strategic roadmaps aligned with their recruiting needs.
Support clients in using our SaaS platform to generate and convert leads effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing progress and satisfaction.
Manage multiple client accounts through strong organizational skills and a good sense of prioritization.
Lead client conversations to encourage informed decision-making and problem solving.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement client strategies accurately.
Identify client successes and provide case study opportunities to highlight achievements.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in SaaS account management, client success, or related client-facing roles.
Ability to build confident, peer-level relationships with university faculty and staff.
Quick learner, capable of mastering our SaaS platform and integrating it with client strategies.
Proactive problem solver who identifies needs beyond direct requests.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Preferred Skills
Experience crafting concise, effective marketing copy or messaging.
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance client support and marketing efforts.
Basic understanding of marketing deliverables and review processes.
Additional Information
This is a full-time (30-35 hours per week), remote position based in the United States.
Pay rate is $15.00 (81.00 BRL) per hour
