What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as subject matter expert for select NCQA accreditation standards

Collaborate with business owners to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements

Review and analyze documents and materials for accreditation submissions

Monitor and document deliverables related to the accreditation process

Provide education and timely updates to business owners on accreditation standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in science, arts, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Managed Care Organization or healthcare-related field

Familiarity with accreditation bodies and accreditation processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, and SharePoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Accreditation experience

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Training / teaching skills and technical writing skills

Familiarity with the healthcare field, including Marketplace, Medicaid, and Medicare
