What We Offer

💰 R$4,500 / month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses

🌐 100% remote – recruit directly for the U.S. market

🕒 Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification
• Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active
• Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments
• Manage full recruitment pipeline : job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up
• Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated
