Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud ProfessionalWe seek a skilled expert to optimize the accounts receivable and billing modules of Oracle ERP Cloud, ensuring excellence in service delivery and adherence to ITIL standards.Key Responsibilities : Operate Accounts Receivable, Customers, Invoicing and Payments, Collections modulesResolve tickets within Service Level Agreement (SLA), collaborating with suppliers and internal teamsSupport monthly accounting close in LATAM, USA, and APAC regionsConduct regression testing on quarterly Oracle SaaS environment updatesMaintain SOX compliance and document alignment with ITILLead support operations focusing on quality, communication, and continuous improvementImplement best practices using ServiceNow and GitLab toolsInteract with Oracle engineering teams for effective integrationsTechnical Requirements : Functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud : Receivables, Customers, Collections, BillingCapture tax documents and integrate with Syncro or EDICOMBrazilian taxation understanding applied to billing and accounts receivableOracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generation expertiseProficiency in BIP, PL / SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDiClear and objective communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishProactivity, collaborative work, and results-oriented mindsetExperience in at least 3 complete cycles of Oracle Cloud implementationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
