Our main mission will be to ensure the efficiency of our credit underwriting process, aligning all stakeholders to improve our modeling capabilities, as well as suggesting and monitoring the results of new data sources for the credit model.What will your day-to-day be like?

Oversee all data used for the credit underwriting model;Test and implement new data sources;Align all stakeholders to ensure the efficiency of the modeling process;Monitor market movements and translate the changes required to modeling team;Plan and implement new credit products and improvements in current products;Identify business opportunities, conduct in-depth analysis, and implement new solutions;Own and deliver strategic and tactical initiatives to drive growth and cost reduction;Lead workstreams in high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, with concrete and tangible deliverables;Interact with teams from different areas and countries.

Work closely with the SG SeaMoney team;High exposure to top management.Requirements : What you need to take on the challenge : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;Advanced English (mandatory – speaking, reading, and writing);Experience in fintech;Experience in credit underwriting process (credit policy creation, modeling experience);Understand the Brazilian market of data sources for credit underwriting;Data-drive profile, being capable of dealing with complex models and analysis;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and externalstakeholders;Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
