Following the consolidated success of our 2D / 3D imaging camera and its analysis software, we have expanded our portfolio with the addition of an advanced cryolipolysis device.
We are looking for a versatile Customer Support Technician to join our team in São Paulo, SP, Brazil . This is a crucial position responsible for providing specialized technical assistance, training, and maintenance for both our advanced 2D / 3D analysis systems and our new cryolipolysis devices. You will be a key player in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers across Brazil and Latin America.
What You'll Do :
- Provide comprehensive technical support (remote and, when necessary, on-site) for the 2D / 3D imaging software (installation, calibration, analysis) and for the cryolipolysis equipment (operation, fault diagnosis, repairs).
- Perform practical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and basic to intermediate level maintenance / repairs on hardware components, especially for cryolipolysis devices.
- Manage software licenses and updates, guiding customers on new functionalities.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain department for repair estimates and warranty management.
- Interface with Marketing, Sales, Production, and R&D teams to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Develop and deliver product training for customers and distributors.
- Create and update technical documentation (user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides).
- Report bugs and critical field information to the Research and Development department.
What We're Looking For :
Essential Experience :
Technical Degree completed (technical courses / degrees in Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, Automation, or related fields are a plus).Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in technical support , ideally with electronic equipment and / or specific software.Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for communication with our headquarters in France and global partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for both software and hardware.Ability to perform hands-on diagnostics and basic to intermediate level repairs.Desirable Qualifications :
Prior experience in the medical aesthetic industry.Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) will be a significant advantage for supporting our customer base in Latin America.Personal Attributes :
