We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations for an expanding iGaming project in Brazil.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build and scale operational processes while ensuring excellence in service delivery.Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments including customer service, payments, and platform management
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with product and tech teams to optimize platform performance
Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiativesRequirements
Minimum 4 years of operations management experience in the iGaming industry
Deep understanding of sports betting, casino operations, and online gaming platforms
Proven track record of scaling operations in fast-growing environments
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
French language skills are a strong advantage
Experience with payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
