POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a People Experience Coordinator to bring our people strategy to life through dynamic culture-building, thoughtful engagement programs and world-class employee experiences across Latin America region. You’ll be part of the People & Culture team, serving as a culture champion, experience architect and implementor, and trusted partner to our Latin America Sales Team regional functions. RESPONSIBILITIES :

HR Business Partnership :

  • Act as a HR Business Partner for Commercial and Functions leaders in Latin America, providing counsel, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Support team member relations with empathy and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Be a thought partner on org design, team effectiveness, talent planning, and leadership development.

Talent Management and Development :

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate on global engagement, culture, and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage facility and office experiences for Sao Paulo and Indaiatuba.
  • Engagement & Culture :

  • Design and deliver regional engagement programs to retain top talent.
  • Lead culture initiatives aligned with company values.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure intentional and values-driven touchpoints.
  • Project Management & People Process Initiatives :

  • Support implementation of engagement surveys, performance processes, and succession planning.
  • Lead internal communication and employer strategy for Latin America.
  • Candidate Experience & Talent Support :

  • Lead end-to-end candidate experience, including outreach and interview logistics.
  • Coordinate video / onsite interviews and ensure professional communication.
  • Enhance Brazil's apprentice and intern programs.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Experience :

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in Latam.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new hires from pre-boarding through the first 90 days.
  • Internal Communications, Employer Branding & Online Presence :

  • Draft and manage new hire bio announcements and organizational updates.
  • Create and publish the monthly internal company newsletter.
  • Monitor and manage employee review insights on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • HR Technology / Systems & Employee Resources :

  • Maintain and update the company’s HR portal and answer internal requests.
  • Collaborate to ensure user-friendly internal documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR topics.

  • REQUIREMENTS AND PERFERRED EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in People & Culture, Employee Experience, HR Business Partnership preferably in a fast paced, manufacturing and consumer goods global environment
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills - someone who people trust
  • Financial acumen (budget, costs and forecast knowledge)
  • Experience in management or internal communications
  • Passion for engagement, pulse-check platforms and insight tools
  • Multi-lingual (Portuguese and English) preferred. Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience working with sales organizations is a plus

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and facilitation skills
  • Experienced in reporting and excel skills such as pivot tables, VLookUps, conditional formatting and formulas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Adaptable to change in the work environment is a Change Agent

  • TRAVEL

  • Willingness to travel 3x a month to the São Paulo city Commercial Office
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
  • This position is subject to the following physical activities : talking, hearing, and the use of hands, wrists, or fingers in repetitive motions.

  • SVP Worldwide offers a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. As part of our Flexible Workplace Policy, this position will be hybrid based in our company Needles Factory, Indaiatuba City, São Paulo, Brazil
  • The worker is subject to being in front of a computer and on the phone throughout the day.
