The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced  UX LEAD to lead our product strategy, operations, and roadmap execution. This role is critical to aligning our design excellence with product outcomes, delivering meaningful experiences for users, and driving tangible value for our clients.

As Head of Product, you will work closely with our design, engineering, and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product solutions. You’ll play a key role in scaling product operations, improving internal processes, and ensuring that everything we build is aligned with user needs and business objectives - a very hands on role.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across internal initiatives and client-facing projects;
• Lead product discovery processes, including market / user research, competitor analysis, and validation;
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences;
• Translate client needs and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories;
• Drive agile product development cycles, managing priorities, timelines, and quality standards;
• Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making;
• Build and scale a high-performing product team, including product managers, analysts, and / or coordinators;
• Continuously improve product development processes, tools, and team collaboration;
• Represent the product function in strategic discussions with leadership and clients.
