Who We Are
Mindful Agency is a performance-driven creative team specializing in high-converting Meta ads for top tech brands. We’re looking for an Iterations Editor—someone who can take fully edited 30–60 second Meta ads and generate multiple high-quality variations designed to increase performance, improve hook testing, and expand creative volume.
This role is not standard editing. It requires someone who understands creative iteration as a scientific process : isolating variables, modifying structure and pacing, and generating new variants that give Meta’s algorithm more opportunities to find winners.
What You’ll Do
- Open existing fully-edited Premiere Pro project files and generate new, distinct iterations of the same ad.
- Create alternative hooks, shorten or re-structure timelines, adjust pacing, and introduce new punch-in / out moments to increase stopping power.
- Modify captions, layout, on-screen text, reframing, b-roll timing, and transitions while keeping brand consistency intact.
- Produce multiple versions of each ad optimized for performance testing (length trims, hook variations, CTA variations).
- Ensure all variations are export-ready, cleanly organized, and aligned with Mindful Agency’s internal workflow in Notion and Google Drive.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the creative team to understand each ad’s strategic goal (problem-solution, testimonial, UGC pacing, value prop emphasis).
- Maintain consistent daily output based on clear production expectations and deliverables.
Requirements
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must be comfortable navigating another editor’s timeline, proxies, nests, captions, and media management).Strong understanding of direct-response video editing, ideally with experience in Meta / TikTok ad formats.Ability to identify and modify high-leverage creative variables : hook strength, pacing, text placement, dynamic framing, and overall watch-through optimization.Strong creative instincts paired with a scientific mindset—able to think in terms of tests, variants, and performance hypotheses.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce clean, organized sequences that integrate back into our workflow.Fast, reliable communication and ability to work independently across global time zones.Portfolio demonstrating short-form ads or UGC-style edits (required).Nice-to-Haves
