Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript)

Were currently looking for a TypeScript Fullstack Engineer to join our remote-first development team. Your Role

As a Fullstack Engineer at Radity, you'll work on complex and impactful applications using TypeScript across the stack. Were especially interested in candidates with strong backend skills in NestJS, but frontend-focused engineers with Next.js experience are also welcome especially those eager to grow their backend skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript (NestJS, Next.js, React).

Integrate with REST APIs and third-party services.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers across the globe.

Ensure application quality through code reviews and testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.

Contribute to architectural decisions and suggest improvements.

Support and mentor junior developers as needed.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and backend development with NestJS (or similar frameworks).

Solid experience with frontend frameworks like Next.js and React.

Familiarity with TypeORM, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

Good understanding of networking fundamentals and web application security.

Hands-on experience with cloud environments (especially AWS) is a big plus.

A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a love for clean code.
