Home Alliance is looking for a proactive, results-driven Partnership Campaign & Sales Assistant to help fuel our rapid growth in the facility management and home services industry.
You’ll play a key role in executing multi-touch outreach campaigns (calls, emails, SMS) — driving new partnerships, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with qualified warm leads.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails, SMS) to potential B2B / B2C partners
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of partnership prospects from first contact to deal closure
- Qualify warm leads and schedule calls, presentations, and demos with decision-makers
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with company objectives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM; prepare reports on outreach activity and pipeline status
- Support development and optimization of scripts, templates, and campaign materials
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional partner experience
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, ideally in home services, facility management, or related fieldsProven success in direct sales, partnership management, or business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to identify key decision-makers and build rapport quickly via calls and digital channelsTech-savvy — comfortable working with CRM and sales automation toolsHighly organized, accountable, and driven by measurable goalsNice to Have
