Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine‑tune NLP and LLM models.
• Build and operate production inference services.
• Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure quality, lifecycle management, and low latency.
• Optimize inference performance and control costs for large‑scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering end‑to‑end NLP and LLM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of bidirectional Transformer models (BERT, ALBERT, RoBERTa).
• Proficiency with fine‑tuning, LoRA, quantization, distillation, and model evaluation.
• Experience deploying LLMs in production with prompting, structured outputs (JSON schema), RAG (FAISS/Milvus), batch and async inference, and cost/latency monitoring.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, S3, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, CDK) or equivalent on Azure/GCP.
• Background in PyTorch or TensorFlow, PySpark, scikit‑learn, pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience building production‑grade APIs with FastAPI or Flask for real‑time inference.
• Solid MLOps experience with MLflow/W&B, CI/CD, model registry, drift monitoring, and canary/shadow deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL databases, data lakes, and search engines such as OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
