Business Development Specialist

Job Overview : As a Sales Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our commercial operations by ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, client requests, and supplier processes.Key Responsibilities : Manage client / vendor portals, quotations, registrations, and contract documentation with precision and accuracy.Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests from key accounts.Oversight of the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned products / services : quotations, importation, resale, tax calculations, and billing.Maintain up-to-date supplier orders, registrations, and compliance documentation.Guarantee all processes (finance, freight, importation, delivery) are executed accurately and within deadlines.Control system access, CRM data, and documentation consistency during migrations.Coordinate import / export operations, collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners.Negotiate with alternative suppliers to optimize costs and mitigate risks.Foster strong vendor relationships to secure reliable supply chain solutions.Monitor billing, contracts, and supplier financial flows.Verify commission calculations and prevent discrepancies.Provide Sales Managers with insights on import / export costs to enhance pricing strategies.
