We are looking for ServiceNow Business Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career

Responsibility :

• 'Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, or KANBAN.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner; or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• Qualifications :
