Client Relations Specialist (Admin Assistant / Case Manager) - Multiple Position Open Locations : Avenida Paulista – São Paulo or Trindade / Centro – Florianópolis Type : In-Person, Full-Time About Us We're an American company with growing offices in São Paulo (Avenida Paulista near MASP) and Florianópolis (Trindade / Centro, near Villa Romana Shopping) .

We support U.S.-based clients with legal and administrative services and are building a strong local team in Brazil.

We're hiring a Client Relations Specialist to help manage client communications, support our legal operations, and keep cases moving forward.

You'll work in-person from either office and be in daily contact with U.S. clients and our legal team.

What You'll Do Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Help manage client relationships and keep case files organized Handle basic administrative tasks and assist the legal team Keep everything on track by following up with clients and updating internal systems What We're Looking For Fluent English (at least 9 out of 10) — this is non-negotiable At least 1 year of experience in any office setting Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with documents You don't need any legal background or special education — we'll train you Friendly, organized, and ready to learn Spanish is a bonus, but not required Compensation and Details Salary : Between $1,000 and $1,500 USD per month (approx.
