What We Offer R$4,500 / month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses 100% remote – recruit directly for the U.S. market Long-term contract + real career growth opportunities Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)What You'll DoConduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualificationCreate engagement campaigns (emails, , etc.) to keep the pipeline activeSchedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignmentsManage full recruitment pipeline : job postings, interviews, candidate follow-upKeep ATS, Recruiter, and internal databases updatedWhat We're Looking For2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)Fluent English (C1 / C2) – daily contact with U.S. clientsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office, , job boards, and ATS systemsResilient, charismatic, and motivated by resultsNice to HaveExperience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline)Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profilePrevious exposure to U.S. recruiting marketTech Setup2 monitors | i7 or equivalent | 12GB RAM+High-speed internet | Headset with mic | Quiet office Work directly with the U.S. market, earn in reais and dollars, and take your career to a global level.
