About the Role
We are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support Gold & Aron CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services in a premium boutique environment. The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. You’ll help build the engine that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Candidate Research & Sourcing for senior level searches (60%)
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
- Active search : Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including Linkedin, AI tools and own data base.
- Passive search : Source, screen applicants
- Lead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessment
End to end Recruiting for selected mid level searches (30%)
Build and manage candidate pipelineConduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation.Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates.Support client communications and progress check-ins.Coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process.Business Development Support (10%)
Research companies, markets, and potential clientsBuild prospect lists and market intelligence for the CEO and COO.Bring new ideas, new BD initiatives for the companyIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.Bachelor’s degree mandatory.Location : Brazil remote. Preference for São Paulo, SP.
