Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and quick-learning, with strong resilience. Able to draw insights from diverse domains and apply them rapidly, adapt to market uncertainties, and embrace innovation and breakthroughs. Job Responsibilities
- Help design and improve services and strategies that make the rider experience better.
- Research local rider communities to understand their needs and challenges.
- Work with the product team to create and improve features that make delivery processes smoother.
- Build feedback channels and collect rider input to continuously improve strategies and products.
