What We Offer

R$4,500 reais per month (R$5,000 reais after 6 months) + USD bonuses

100% remote recruit directly for the U.S. market

Long-term contract + real career growth opportunities

Monday to Friday, 12h21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)

What Youll Do

Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification

Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active

Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments

Manage full recruitment pipeline : job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up

Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated

What Were Looking For

2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

Fluent English (C1 / C2) daily contact with U.S. clients

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems

Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results

Nice to Have

Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline)

Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile

Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting market

Tech Setup

2 monitors | i7 or equivalent | 12GB RAM+
