Role & Purpose

As a  Design Engineer  at Oleve, you’ll sit at the intersection of design and front-end engineering — crafting visually stunning, high-performing, and accessible user interfaces. You’ll bring our brand and products to life through motion, interactivity, and thoughtful systems that scale across our ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to implement creative, performant solutions for both web and mobile. This role blends design thinking with technical rigor — ideal for someone who loves to code and cares deeply about visual polish and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with design, product, and engineering teams to ship world-class interfaces across Oleve’s web and mobile products.
• Build and maintain our shared  design system  in React and React Native, ensuring a cohesive visual language and UX across all products.
• Translate complex design concepts into responsive, performant components using  Next.js  and  React Native .
• Lead and contribute to front-end architecture discussions, focusing on accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design efficient API integrations and end-to-end user flows.
• Mentor other engineers on UI craft, motion design, and design systems best practices.
• Experiment with new technologies, animation techniques, and tools that enhance design-to-code workflows.
• Work closely with marketing and growth teams to deliver fast, scalable, and visually refined campaigns or landing pages.
