You will become the go-to person and expert owner of the campaigns we are working with for our clients.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES : Own the campaign implementation, management and monitoring on campaign management platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, and BrazeCreate segments using SQL and design complex multi-channel journeys that include dynamic content and trigger-based deploymentMonitor deployments & deliverability, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely mannerConfirm technical feasibility of desired new marketing programs / featuresWork among agency, vendor, partner and client stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns from concept to executionWork with the Marketing Sciences team to setup and track campaignsCommunicate with internal stakeholders regarding results, deliverables and statuses of programs and initiativesDrive implementation process excellenceREQUIRED SKILLS : Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 2+ years in campaign management marketing operations roleProficient experience with providers such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega, or Braze.An acute analytical mind, strong reporting skills, razor-sharp attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams both within and between organizationsProven track record of taking ownership and driving resultsStrong project management and customer relationship skillsKnowledge of SQL, and email marketing best practicesOur Hybrid Work Model : RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees.

A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $55,000 - $72,000.

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc.

This is an exempt position.
