Estamos realizando um processo seletivo para vagas de estágio no nosso time administrativo! Dentre as tarefas diárias, você terá como responsabilidades :

• Apoio nas rotinas administrativas e organizacionais do setor;
• Auxílio no controle e organização de documentos físicos e digitais;
• Apoio no atendimento interno (colaboradores e fornecedores);
• Lançamento de informações em planilhas e sistemas;
• Suporte no agendamento de reuniões e organização de arquivos;
• Colaboração em processos de compras e controle de estoque (quando aplicável)
