Key responsabilities :

Coordinate the transportation and customs clearance of goods from the country of origin to our warehouse facilities.
Manage inbound and outbound operations of our 3PL, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
Allocate stock to orders for wholesale distribution based on priorities and delivery windows.
Forecast sales and communicate with sales teams regarding any potential delivery delays.
Establish and Monitor SLAs and ensure compliance with established performance metrics.
Provide world-class customer service to our clients, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing logistics operations.

Must have :

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

You bring proven solid experience in operations and logistics, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

You can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

You have leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

You understand import / export regulations and customs procedures well.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
